How To View Your Full Headers
Please select your e-mail client:

3) A pop-up box labeled as “Extended Header” will be displayed showing the full headers of your e-mail. Copy everything you see in the pop-up into our missing credit request form as shown below. Ensure to also copy the body of your confirmation e-mail (the e-mail itself) at the end of your full headers separately, as Mail.com doesn’t automatically include the body within the full headers.


3) After clicking on the button, right-click on the new window and select “View As Plain Text” so you can properly copy the full headers of your confirmation e-mail.

4) Copy everything you see in the pop-up into our missing credit request form as shown below. Ensure to also copy the body of your confirmation e-mail (the e-mail itself) at the end of your full headers separately, as MyWay doesn’t automatically include the body within the full headers.


2) Next, proceed to View -> Message Source (or Ctrl + U as a shortcut).
