1) After logging into your AOL account, proceed to your inbox and open up your confirmation e-mail.
2) Next, click on the “Action” menu then select “View Message Source” as shown below.

3) A new tab/window will open, showing the full headers and body of your e-mail. Copy everything you see in this tab/window into our missing credit request form as shown below.

Ensure to also copy the body of your confirmation e-mail (the e-mail itself) at the end of your full headers separately, as Mail.com doesn’t automatically include the body within the full headers.

2) Next, click on the small button along the right-side of your e-mail.

3) After clicking on the button, right-click on the new window and select “View As Plain Text” so you can properly copy the full headers of your confirmation e-mail.

4) Copy everything you see in the pop-up into our missing credit request form as shown below. Ensure to also copy the body of your confirmation e-mail (the e-mail itself) at the end of your full headers separately, as MyWay doesn’t automatically include the body within the full headers.
